Going above and beyond what duty calls for!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Edgar, Yolande and the rest of their team.

My grandmother's funeral was to be held in Middelburg and somehow the catering was left until late. I explained this to Edgar and told him that I was driving from Johannesburg. He kept calling me during the entire trip to help me arrange catering and we really appreciate this because at a time like that, you don't need any more stress. I wanted to come in personally and thank him but due to time constraints, I couldn't.
Yolande was also great. She called me back when she said she would and was patient with me (when I didn't call her back).
You both provided much needed peace of mind and went out of your way to help us. Thank you very much.
