King Price Insurance
A few months on and not resolved

I lodged a claim for a TV and it took three weeks to collect the tv (was promised 48 hours) so in the meantime I went a purchased a new TV. After collection it took two more weeks to come back and approved the claim. I responded to the supplier and on four occasions to king price stating that I had in the meantime bought a news tv and to see if I could be reimbursed rather.

UTTER SILENCE. Is King price another Model insurance that runs away when claims must be dealt with!!!
