Did in 2 days what jhb couldn't do in 2 months

I just want to say a big thank you to Michelle at your Tokai branch, she works in the international baniking department, I went to see her when I got back to CT after being out of the country for 3months, in that time I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with the people on your call centre in jhb sorting out my SSI. I went into the branch and Michelle assured me it would take no longer than 2days and it did and to top it all off it actually worked.
