When i went to alexandra to report that my atm credit card was swallowed by thier atm machine in a middle of transcation while i was waitn the withdrawal to come out, machine went out of service, she first gave attitude befeor she can even try to hear what i was sayin, ..after a while she then could'nt help me to my satisfaction as she was not sure what to do or have a glu of what she was doing, ..the call center consultant told me that i must fill the atm claim form but she didn't gave it to me, she said its fine the funds will be reversed, she gave me a reference number gijima she said so' 55670467.after two days she phone me that the funds were credited back in my accounts, well believed her.but again then again when i phone customer service call center consultant they givin me different info, they confirming that the funds taken out never been reversed. second of them all i orderd new card hasn't been deliverd was sent to wrong adress they advised balfour park instead of alexandra another consultant phone me that my card was sent to alexandra which info is correct.?i made eft to my credit card number to pay it off becuse of this bad service i'm getting but they said i can
