My husband made a call to the call centre yesterday (06/11/2013) around 6.50pm. The call centre closes at 7pm. The call was answered and he explained that he needed help with airtime that he tried transferring to my phone. He bought cell c airtime but when the airtime was transferred it came through an sms saying virgin mobile. The person he spoke to put him on hold to check the problem. He was on hold for about 5 min, when the person returned to the phone, said nothing and just put the phone down. They didn't bother phoning back to apologise for doing that or even bother calling back this morning (07/11/2013). This is not acceptable and he would like someone who knows there job and can give good service to call him back and help him with the problem as in TODAY!
