I have joined B3 since from 2010 paying R600 p/m, my policy was lost & I have called for a replacement policy. I was transferred from one consultant to another until the phone just rang & no one answered the call. Then I decided to reverse my debit orders hoping that B3 will call me since I have a policy with them from 2010.Right now I feel like I have been robbed from my money which I have lost to nothing I want my money back which I have been paying for years. I haven't even received a single letter from them the only thing which I received from them is a policy which was lost. I don't want anything from them all I want is my money back. If honestly they are unable to assist me with a policy then how are they going to assist me when someone has passed away
