On the 06/08/13 @ 09:00 pm while sleeping, got awake by funny SMSs on my phone .5x SMS's simultaneously which was 5x transactions of funds out of my account .(ALL Unauthorized)

Total of R14, 144.37

Then Immediately phoned, and the card was stopped before all funds were.

All transactions -merchants of USA origin while myself I was in the country.

Then the process for recharge (disputes) started on 07.08.13.(Target 21 days I was told)

Only half of the money R7, 051 was charged back, and have still not being successful or received any feedback of the balance of R7, 103.
The case then escalated to dispute resolution on 27/09/13 (Ref 36944893) Office of the Chief Executive. (Target 7 days I was told).

Since then no Feedback, you phone the card division either just ringing or you are transferred to 5 different sections - "no one is really responsible for such issues ..."

Would appreciate help to status and final recharge of my funds. I am continuing paying the Debt I did not commit.
