I called the customer service line due to a discrepancy on my premiums as per my schedule and debit order that was taken off my account. T J Viljoen was quick to identify what happened and clearly explain it to me and then assist in resolving this query. In doing so he even managed to re-evaluate my cover and lower my premiums from the previous quote received. Thanks T J Viljoen.
