I visited the bank on 2 November for bankstatments. I also enquired about a sms received having to replaced my old card. They stopped my old card and while trying to issue the new one, the system went down. I was left with no card and no means to accessing my money!!! They promised phoning once the system was back up and running - needless to say it is now Wednesday - with no phone call. The staff explained that the system was giving them alot of problems - especially on Saturdays.
