System down wow. my bank is humiliating me

Good day when I first became a capitec custumer I was quit impressed with the services etc. To the point wich I refered a lot of people to this bank until recently thursday the 31st of january when my card started to decline for no reasen at all when I phoned the 24 hour help line and I was told that the system was down and it will be up and runing again on friday I accepted it and thought my card will be working again friday morning my card worked fine untill half passed 11 when I used my card to putt in petrol in my car then the atm declined my card and also the card swipe machine so I hade petrol in thr car already but no money to pay so how do I explain this to them thursday knight I ordered food for myself and my friends when I hade my order I wanted to swipe my card and it declined again this was very humiliating up to today I am strugling with my card I need this to be sorted out asap friday aswel I was easely at 10 atm s all of them declining my card and I was running around like a headles chiken as I needed the money before a certain time and I did not make it humiliating me again if this is how this bank works then I don't know if it is worth it banking there
