It has now been over a month since I logged my complaint and to date my issue is unresolved. I have not heard another word from Gregory Naidoo and my attorneys requested documentation from Hammond Pole (Ansie Robbertse) who blatantly ignore the emails as well as my questions posed. I need 1 statement from inception of my account in 2006 to current to show where the interest amounts come from. My initial complaint was logged on the 25 September 2013. I need this information ASAP.
