Blocking an innocent mans I.D with credit bureau

My I.D was & the assailant committed in my name. I followed this up since I was getting messages on the threatening to prosecute me if I didn't pay this loan. After sending my documents & affidavit twice. African bank didn't send me other messages. what they failed to do is un-Block my I.D with the credit bureau, I applied to for a bond and was informed that my I.D. was blocked due to an ongoing case. I called Africa n bank who admitted my innocence. What is frustrating is the investigating office John Mahaubane is never available, i was told to speak with a Ravin Naidoo who is also never available. these are apparently the only people who can assist with clearing my I.D with the credit bureau, all I wanted was asked to get was a letter stating I am Innocent so I can carry on with my life. this seems to be an impossible task as I keep on being transferred from pillar to post to no avail. this company will not hesitate to send me threats and block my name when asking for their money. when it come to sorting the situation out & clearing an innocent man off the accusations brought forward, this seems to take centuries. I to do things with my life. what now?
