Rejection of a claim on a Vehicle Insurance

I had stopped on a traffic light (robot) of a T-junction on Maunde Street and R55 Road turning towards Laudium in Pretoria. When the robot opens, the car in front of me went through, and when it was my turn, i just saw some lights coming from the right, and he hit me on the front right panel and the car was a right off. The police car with Blue flashing lights was on my left side.
They car was towed after i consulted my insurance and the guy who hit me on the side was taken to hospital and blood was drawn from him as he was flat drunk.
I got a courtesy car on the next two days, and the claim assessor asked if we were drinking liquor, and i told him no, only a cold drink. He called the guy that i was with and asked if we were drunk, and he said no, and also why was blood sample not taken from me. He also went personally to the police and the other police that were on the scene and asked why my blood was not taken.
The next week the guy called me and said during my interview with him i have never disclosed the other accident i had in 2011, and he said possibly they gonna pay 70% of the settlement, and he called me 2 days later that my claim has been rejected, and I'm free to appeal.
