Are Bidvest Fin Svc from me? DISGUST

I sold my car end of April 2013 - and cancelled all insurances, etc. Car was insured through Bidvest Fin Svc, life insurance through them too. So they cancelled car insurance and life cover BUT KEEP ON DEBITING me with non-descript items. TOTAL R1482.53. I was promised a refund by LATEST month end July, To date not a single sent AND they took money again. ALL paperwork etc PERFECT but Shamila Batohi keeps on making false promises and I keep on paying! I worked for BidServ Executives - maybe I should call in the big guns I worked for to assist? This is disgusting service from an international group. R1482.53 is a LOT of money for me, a salary earner and major breadwinner!
