MFC not doing research and not checking contracts

My vehicle is financed by MFC. The kilometers of the vehicle was turned back from 224000 to 125000. Now i am financed for a vehicle that shows 125000 on the clock but the actual kilometers is 224000. They did not check for like this and also they did not put any kilometers in the contract. I am struggeling to sort everything out regarding this matter but the personal is not doing anything from their side. I have all the prove and everything was send to the MFC complaints department.
