How do expect me to survive a month on R185???

How can you suddenly send me an sms to tell me that my credit limit has been halved and I have R185 left in my account for me to survive on for the month?? No forewarning, just an sms to deliver the news. I keep my credit card payments up to date every single month as my salary is paid into the account. The reason given is because I have other bad accounts. I also want to open a savings account but my marriage certificate is only certified at a police station not by a commissioner of oaths so it is not accepted to open a savings account so that I can have debit orders come off an account to sort out the other accounts that I have a bad record with, however the exact same marriage certificate was acceptable when I opened my credit card. Makes absolutely no sense at all!!! I want my money back in my account today!! I have rent and school fees to pay and R185 left in my account to survive on for the month... this is absolutely not acceptable and appalling.
