Absa
No tax certificate available

I logged a call with ABSA a year ago regarding this:
- I have a homeloan account at ABSA and a savings acount.
- I used my savings account as the internet access account to log into my account.
- I can choose "tax certificate" but the system gives ONLY a tax certificate on my savings account.
- There is no possibility to request a tax certificate for my mortage account (which is for a property that I rent out).

I can do everything for my tax online - except in ABSA's case for which I need to to to a branch to get a tax certificate.
