Waste of time and money

Twice I have phone for road side assistance in 6 yrs. of being with this company and both times have been a waste of time. the first time I broke down with my 2 little girls and 5 hrs. later I was only phone to ask where I was by this time a complete stranger stopped and helped me, second time my mum broke down and I was pushed from pillar to post from person to person, to find out that the whole policy had change with no one contacting me to inform me. mmmmm 6yrs is a long time and this is the service I get. cancellation of policy with immediate effect. pathetic service.
