My Epic failure in choosing a Insurance company

Being A&G has been the WORST experience I have ever had
If I known that I was going to simply throw away money I would have given it to a homeless person, that way I wouldn't feel COMPLETELY and CONNED
I have been with A&G for a year, in which time I have paid my premiums on time, premiums totaling about R8000.00
Called A&G and guess what, in typical insurance fashion they referred me to the fact that my excess was R4150.00 and the damage was only about R3400.00
This was after being in constant consultation for about 4hours and being subjected to excruciatingly painful customer service, where pulling teeth would have been a more pleasant experience than the absolute incompetence I was exposed to from the customer service given.
No one person gave me the same conclusion, options or outcome
The excess was inflated then decreased then raised then decreased.
Not even a manager was able to offer be a good customer experience, HOW SAD.
Bottom line they will be CLOSING my claim
I now have to use my own expense to remove my KIA K2700 from their salvage yard and do so as soon as possible to prevent storage costs!!
What a RIP OFF!!
R8000.00 DOWN THE DRAIN!
