Today contacted the Miway Call Center with a query - the car key for my Renault Megane has stopped working and I called Miway to find out if I am covered or not. I spoke to a consultant by the name on Onwabo, Consultant was very rude and she kept on talking over me. I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of empathy and poor customer rapport. I have never been so angry in my life as consultant didn't even try to understand the nature of my query and she was not even eager on taking down my policy number. It was a simple query and consultant was very rude! I told the consultant that I will be taking this further as its not the first time i receive bad service - they approached me for switching over to them and now the level of customer service is appalling! I am considering taking my business else where.
