Bad services delivery and taking money for no serv

Hi took out a legal protection plan from vital legal. What a surprise did I get when I needed an attorney. They did not came to the table with any promise that they made with taking out of the policy. I then cancelled the policy. But after two months they take another premium again. I spoke to the accounts department a lady called Natasha. She then said she will get back to me. Then Munroe phoned me and said that my money will be transferred back into my account. This morning I called the hear when the money will be in. I was then told the money is being kept back and that Munroe is not available.
