Worst bank eve

The absolutely worst bank ever possible to deal with. I have been banking with them for 13 years and moved my account to FNB and it has been a pleasure since moved.

My over draft with Standard bank was reduced with no prior communication to myself and debit orders returned and I was charged bad payment fees and effected my credit rating. I have now tried for the 8th time to get hold of someone on the call centre and it doesn't accept my card number to keeps cutting me off, I am now forced to drive to the bank to ask why funds were returned to my account when well under my over draft limit.

Do your self a favour and open an account some where else.
