Credit card statements

I have a credit card with Absa and although I don't use it bank charges are been charged to my card R41-00 per month, which I understand, my problem is that they deduct only R25-00 a month and before I know it I will owe them a lot of money for nothing. I don't think this is the way I want to have a relationship with my bank and I will have to reconsider if I want to continue with banking at Absa. I tried to phone the number on the e statement but no one can help me or direct me as to where to go or who to call, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I would say
