NO success with approved loan

We applied for a home loan on 31 May, it was eventually approved on 12 June. On 14 June, we were informed that there was a duplicate application on the property, so ours was cancelled. The owner of the property and the previous applicant did sent us correspondence where FNB was informed to cancel the first application, but is wasn't done. The result is that we now have starts everything from scratch. We were now told that we have to wait 48 - 72 hours, which will mean that we are losing the property, because the offer to purchase is only valid until 21 June.

I phoned and asked to speak to a manager so we can get this sorted out, but instead, I was holding the line for more than 15 minutes with NO manager answering.

Please, can someone get this sorted!!!
