Absolutely Fantastic service

I phoned to cancel my Touch-up cover only to be billed for it a few days later. Komeshnee promptly had the issue resolved and even called me back to assure me that the money will be reversed within a certain number of days. This amount was reversed and I just want to say a BIG thank-you to Komeshnee for taking customer service to a whole new level. I normally obtain good service from Dial Direct, but Komeshnee just raises the bar even further. Keep up the good work of turning normal experiences into great ones.
