Internet banking money stollen

I received an email and notice something is not right so i logged on to my internet banking and saw R 10 000 was transferred from my account to another i phoned the bank and went to see the bank. They told me they will investigate and let me know. Its been 2 weeks and nobody has phone me or tell me anything. Every time i phone them a speak to a different person and they tell me a different story. They act like i am the guilty one. i want my money back.
