Money not transferred into account more than a wee

I made an internet transfer to an account that I pay every month. i made the payment on the 28th of August and up to date the money still does not show in the other party's account. i have spoken to Alfred @ internet banking who said the money was successfully transferred to Nedbank and gave me a ref number. i am still waiting feedback and the other client is getting very angry for not having received his money.
