Bad Internet Banking

I am so fed up with the internet banking from Capitec!! i logged onto my internet banking last week without a problem!! now with an emergency for the last 2 weeks it will NOT let me log in!! i cant get to a bank and they dont give you an option to reset Password ONLINE like all the other banks!!!
