Excellent service

My car battery was flat when I tried to start it this morning and I had an urgent appointment. I phoned Outsurance roadside assistance and was helped by Steven.
He arranged for someone to come out and help, this happened in less than 5 minutes, he also gave me a time for when the help will arrive.
He followed up and the help actually arrived quicker than expected. 10 minutes later I was on my way.
Steven followed up again to make sure everything was fine.

The service was truly efficient, friendly and an overall satisfying experience. I am glad they are my insurance Company.
