INSURANCE POLICY CANCELLED YET NOT CLOSED

I believe I still have two insurance policies with Telesure (FFW) insurance, I have cancelled these policies many years ago. It still reflects on my credit profile as being open/current. I cannot get anyone to assist. I need this info updated urgently.
