Our cheque card got skimmed and our money was out of our account. We reported it within 20 minutes and closed the card. But when we wanted to know what's "going to happen next? " no-one could give us a decent answer! (This is the first time something like this has happened to us) We were told to wait 4-20 days! Where are we going to get money until then? We've got bills to pay! Aren't banks insured against this? Why do we use banks if we can't reply on them? Should we go back to hiding money under mattresses again?
