Ongoing claim problem

There is a third party claim that has been made against my wife. We informed Outsurance of the incident as soon as it happened. Outsurance has contacted me to confirm whether they should settle the claim or whether we would do it ourselves. Our rerate letter from Outsurance in February states that an Outbonus of over R7, 000 is payable on the 5th of October 2013 should we remain claim free. This amount has not been paid out to us (I assume because of the pending claim).

When I was contacted to make a decision about whether to settle claim directly, I was told that no Outbonus is payable in 2013 and it will only be paid in October 2014. Lebogang cannot give me a reason as to why this is now the case and only says that is what the system says. I have been asking for two weeks for an explanation but none has been forthcoming. I need confirmation that if we settle the claim directly, the Outbonus that is due will be paid immediately. Kutlwano Kgatitsoe has also been involved but has not tried to help or obtain any explanation.

Lebogang ignores messages and emails and seems completely disinterested in trying to help us. The service levels experienced are very poor.
