Banks just don't care for there customers

I'm so upset with this nonsense! Its been 7 days now that my was deposited into my account and still not cleared. I'm a single mother and pregnant and this is what you do to your customers.

I've had it, this is the second time its happened now. My ex boss will deposit another cheque into my account next month and what is this going to happen again?

Banks just don't' care for there customers. I opened an account with Capitec because FNB did this to me as well, is there any bank I can go to that cares for me?
Oh and I just phoned Capitec and was informed I have to always wait 14 days for my cheque to clear so thank you!!!

I am going to take this matter further and get hold of the newspapers too cause banks are just ruining peoples lives
