Inefficient Service Yet Again

I called the branch over a week ago, made an appointment, explained exactly what was required. Arrived at 9am and walked out of the branch at 10.45am and the bank official was unable to sort out my internet banking facilities and hence I was unable to activate online banking. Being the 1st of the month I needed to make urgent payments. This is the 2nd time this year that I received poor service.
