Regret leaving Outsurance for a cheaper option

I was with Outsurance for so many months and in those months they always proved to be the best insurance company in SA. The people were just always so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and always on point. I then got called by my bank FNB offering me insurance which was half the amount I was paying at Outsurance, because I trust my bank and wanted to earn eBucks from my premiums I took this offer. Worst mistake I've ever made as this insurance turned out to be from a company called iWyze which literally offered me the worst service I've ever gotten from any company in SA. Such as huge difference from Outsurance and I immediately understood why they were so cheap, 'cos the service they offer is also very cheap and ridiculous. I'm still paying for this mistake to date and sitting with an unpaid claim from a house breaking I recently had and also sitting without insurance thanks to going for the "cheaper alternative".

Just wanna say big ups to the guys at Out for the exceptionally great elite service. They always treated me like a king, always followed up and always were on the ball like they really loved their jobs and wanted to be there. :-)
