No better car finance offer after 15yrs with ABSA

I have been with Absa for 15 years and still they cant give me a better deal when applying for car finance. on top of that their staff does not care to explain to me after I lodged a complaint demanding an explanation.
Every time I need a feedback on my complaint I have to walk to the branch and they will promise to call me and they wont until I call them.

I was once called by a guy and he did not understood because when he opened my application he saw a different deal (interest rate) from what I was told which is what confused me (is it because I am black or what?). Up to to date I don't have an explanation of what is happening.

Before that Absa kept my ID which I left at a consultants office in Rink Street for 2 years without alerting me.
then my charge fees were said to have been upgraded at the Gorvan Mbeki Street but all to find out after three months or so that the charges were still the same.

Now what do you call that? A better service, or a client orientated service?
