ABSA unable to provide statements

I have requested a home loan statement now several times, but to date not received a statement.

Today i have been put through to 4 departments and is still holding for someone to assist me.

Clintino in the internet department informed me that I have never been set-up to receive any sort of statement. How can this be?? How can a bank not provide statements???

I would like urgent assistance and feedback in this matter.
