This policy is absolute rubbish

Dear Motorite, i have had this policy for 1 year and 5 months. This morning I inquired about cover on a Differential bush and i have been declined. I made an inquire about two months ago on another particular part and i was declined. You have a section on where you cover wear and tear but let me guess you don't actually cover this either... This policy has been a complete was of my hard earned money. I have been a loyal customer paying the installment every month and you have no way of helping not even in the slightest. I would suggest that you inform your clients of the components you don't cover. NEVER again will I, family members or friends, ever consider one of these policies you have to offer. If only i kept my monthly installment i would be paying cash for this minor fix. Thanks for nothing and enjoy the xmas bonus compliments of my back pocket.
