Santam disappoints

After a motorcycle accident Santam refuses to repair said bike to my satisfaction.
They want to spray paint the plastic fairings and not replace them.
I do not agree with this, as I will now be worse off, not same or better.

Willie Van Greunen threatened Yamaha George that they will not get any business from Santam in future if they do not spray paint instead of replacing the fairings.
