Dear Standard Bank Resolution Specialist
Thanks to SB (NID evaluations') overe-valuation of my house and SB complete lack of interest or service I have just lost a sale. This is going to create a tremendous strain on my finances. I have done everything in my power to cooperate with you, but I might not be able to carry on paying my bond for the reasons set out previously. I would like to query the evaluation SB did on my property and request that pre-legal cancellations dept. review their decision to "not make a decision' to approve shortfall (unless the offer was increased by a small amount), based on a new and realistic evaluation of the property.
