Absa raw deal!

Yesterday I went to withdraw some money I wanted to use immediately but somehow I couldn't get my money as the transaction didn't get through. It showed that I did withdraw the money but they also proved at the bank that I didn't. My worry now is that they say it will take 8 days for them sort out my problem and that's too much as I need the now.
