PAID UP CREDIT CARD-STILL BEING CHARGED

We closed our credit card at Rivonia branch in JHB... or we thought we did.
We went into the branch, asked how much we owed on the credit card and settled it there and then. I am now still getting billed and nobody there gives a, and that's why we moved years ago to Standard bank.
Everybody keeps passing the buck and tells us we did not follow procedure... i ask you, we went into the branch, asked for the balance so we can settle it... paid it up and now still getting billed... what a load of... I am now fed up with this bull and WANT A PERSON WITH A BIT OF GREY MATTER TO HELP!!!
