UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION FROM ACCOUNT!!

I got my salary paid directly into my ABSA cheque account. Went online to check balance only to discover with shock and horror that an amount of R10 000.00 had been deducted from my account without my authorization! On the statement all it said was "Journal Debit" and when I went to the bank to query what the was going on, I was told it was an internal debit by Bankfin for an old debt (more than 8 years ago!!!). How dare they just deduct this money without even having contacted us to make an arrangement for payment!! People rely on their salaries to live and they've have literally taken my entire salary! This is unacceptable!!! What do I do!!! Someone please help!!!
