Unauthorized Debit

The ABSA collections department has deducted an unauthorized amount of R4000.00 from my account. I am under debt review with a valid court order and have never skipped a payment. My debt counselor has proof of all the payments that have been made to ABSA. I personally think its if someone takes money with out your authorization.
