They Keep Charging me an Honouring fee

Every month I have to waste my time and airtime calling standard bank about an honouring fee of R120 that they keep charging me. I make a swipe thinking that the money will be reserved as I get an sms from them, they then decide to take the money out of my account many days later when there are no funds. I'm sick and tired of this because they then turn around and charge me the fee that is no fault of mine. I want that money back fro the 4th time and I will be moving to a different bank.
