Unlawful deduction on my account

On Friday I made a purchase from Woolworths, swiped my card once, entered my pin once BUT the money went off my account TWICE.

I immediately called absa... after being sent from to, someone was FINALLY able to assist. (R80 airtime later).

I was promised:
1) It would be logged and the money returned to my account
2) I would receive an sms with a reference number
3) They would CALL me if any of the above did not happen.

None of these things happened.

This is unacceptable because:
1) How DARE absa release funds from my account TWICE when I swipe ONCE - Is it safer to keep money under my bed??
2) How DARE absa leave me with a drained account for the weekend - it's not the first time they did this but it's the first time that it was my LASTmoney
3) How DARE they wait THREE days... and it is STILL not returned. This is. Unlawfully removing money from someone else's posession is.
