AWAITING RESPONSE: 16 weeks and COUNTING!!!

We submitted a claim 16 weeks ago and is still awaiting feedback!!

There was communicated to us to speak to Mrs Davids, Responsible person for Payment, as communicated from one of the Representatives.
Everytime we try to get hold of her, there is an excuse or the system is offline!!!..??? but there is nobody that returns your call or responds on any messages left to contact back.

There was said that there was emails send to me but they dont even have an registered email address for me on their system...???

What more do they want me to do?
