BEING RIPPED OFF!!!

I have been trying to sort my current account out with Nedbank and the CCM department for the last 3 months to no avail. Have asked them to honour debit orders and given dates when money will show in my account and the debit orders have still been rejected, when one is rejected then the account goes into arrears due to charges and more debit orders get returned costing more money and causing more havoc. To make matters worse, there is no-one that will actually commit to helping me with my problems and I get shunted from pillar to post as well as keep on going through to a recording which doesn't work and I complained about that weeks ago but still not sorted out. All they seem to care about is how much they can charge you and make money for themselves! I am fed up with Nedbank and their lack of accountability when it comes to helping their clients out. If I had a fat balance I would be on their " up to this one" list and not the " the life out of this one" list!
