Wrong debit date

I took out a Life Cover with 1 Life and when i spoke to that lady who filled out the documentation via telephone i specifically told her that i want my debit date to be on the 1st of each month but last night when my salary went into my account they were the 1st people to debit my account. I have a reason why i want my debit date to be on the 1st of each month. If there is a tracker on my account i want it to be removed immediately... i will not allow this to happen
