They are here to make money not to represent

Currently, I am client of Clientele Legal for more than a year. When I joined them approximately a year ago, I was told that for the first 3 months of commencement of the policy, I will not be covered but will be able to get telephone advice. Three months passed and I thought from there onward I will be able to claim should anything happen. Something happened last year and I was charged and submitted a claim with them. They elected Attorneys to represent me in court on the day of appearance. On my first appearance, the matter was withdrawn and I did even enter the courtroom. This year, I got charged for the same offence and to my surprise Clientele Legal CAN'T represent me as they are claiming that the same offence is occurring within a period of two years. When I joined them or when one sees their TV advertisement, they tell people that they will be covered for approximately R140 000.00 per year and NOTHING is ever mentioned of committing the same offence within a period of two years. They are no different from policies which enjoy deducting money from people and when people need them most, they talk about terms and conditions which were never explained. THEY JUST MAKE MONEY.
